This project used the 425mm monolithic block with lime render externally and lime plaster internally to maintain a fully breathable wall.

It won a RIBA National Award, RIBA South West Award and RIBA South West Small Project of the Year Award in 2024 as well as being shortlisted for the RIBA House of the Year 2024.
